If you need to use a different mouse from the traditional one, involving only the pressure of big buttons for cursor movement and selection, it could be useful to auto-build an economy keyboard-mouse. This keyboard is composed of five buttons with a diameter of 10 cm that allow you to emulate mouse functions. Four buttons handle the movement into the four directions and the last one allows the selection (command 'click' the mouse). Together with the installation of special software (downloadable for free online), you buy a large autonomy to use the computer without using mouse and standard keyboard. The building cost is around 30 euros. It is possible to realize the solution into two alternatives depending on whether you use lamps from battery cabinet of 10 cm or the simple and cheap tins caps. For the correct usage is recommended to take a ergonomic posture and suitable chair and table to fit the type of disability.
