One via in order reaching such verification is the measurement of the degree of satisfaction of the customer. The chosen instrument for this scope is scale IPPA (***Individual Prioritized Problems Assessment), been born within a search of the European Commission; it currency the effectiveness of the perceived assistive device ***dalla the person with disability in resolving the problems identified like priority. The scale is constituted from two interviews to administer one before and the other after the supply of the assistive device.
