Abstract:
Francesco is a man aged 42 who has been granted a disability pension of 100% following a diagnosis of phocomelia. He also benefits from an accompanying compensation. Francesco is responsible for remote computer support remotely to of a large organization, as Help Desk and, in part, as a programmer. Although Francesco needs to use a power wheelchair to move independently, his workplace does not allow him to use it and there are also many other technical issues. In this short presentation potential risks arising from the performance of this particular work are highlighted, as well as the suitable design solution making the workplace more secure and protected.
