Abstract:
The book was born from decades of experience as suppliers of the National Health Service. The Assoausili companies are formally suppliers of the various healthcare companies, but with respect to the particular type of aids treated they have a direct relationship with the users for whom the technological solutions are intended. This role has allowed us to deal with the critical issues and strengths in the provision of aids that the application of the "new" nomenclature has highlighted. The reference legislation, i.e. the Prime Ministerial Decree 12/1/17 (which includes the so-called Nomenclator), moreover instrumentally connected to the LEAs (Essential Levels of Assistance), illustrates the functions that the aids must perform, identifying the users who have the right, also providing that the acquisition of the instrument takes place through public purchasing procedures, i.e. that a method is identified among those included in the so-called Procurement Code or in any case in compliance with the legislation in force.
