Servomatic is an additional electric drive for mechanical wheelchairs. As in the case of power steering the system actively supports the user. The wheelchair remains a manual wheelchair with this system, offering therapeutic use so that the person in a wheelchair remains active and exercises his or her muscles. Simple handling and elegant design was a design requirement. For the user, improved mobility and greater range are the priorities.
