A traction linear movement toward the steering-wheel of the SPEED-DOWN down-ring acceleration device, allows to carry out a gradual acceleration. The steering-wheel superior part is completely free, thanks to the positioning of the device in the bottom part of this one; Condition that facilitates the transfer from the wheel-chair to the vehicle, the use for able-bodied people and the potential insertion of the wheel-chair into the car.
