Surveyings come put into effect by means of direct observations of the subject, questionnaires which addressed to the parents and the subject same and administration of test and standardized stairs. The final result is the compilation of some cards of synthesis to enclose to the clinical folder. The revaluation, at a distance of time, the prescription carried out by means of the compilation of the third part of the protocol allows “longitudinally to test” the effectiveness of the proposed choice. Collected a consistent number of assesments a reflecting pause will become necessary on the instruments used, on the difficulties met in their administration and on possible considerations of general character on the same project.
