It was the sight of the difficulties faced by his ninety-five-year-old grandmother, who was living with age-related macular degeneration (AMD) and arthritis, that inspired Olivier Gatelmand to design Olga. After realizing that no effective solution was available on the market, he developed an initial prototype that quickly evolved.
