One via in order reaching such verification is the measurement of the degree of satisfaction of the customer. The chosen instrument for this scope is scale IPPA (***Individual Prioritized Problems Assessment), been born within a search of the European Commission; it currency the effectiveness of the perceived assistive device ***dalla the person with disability in resolving the problems identified like priority. The scale is constituted from two interviews to administer one before and the other after the supply of the assistive device. In the same structure of the scale a moment of follow-up is intrinsic therefore that guarantees to realize an exaustive and complete rehabilitative program. Moreover the involvement in the identification of the objectives and the solutions allows to share with the customer the responsibility of the project of ***assistiva solution and ***affidargli the role of protagonist. The project places therefore two objectives: on one side to analyze to the ability to the Service of supply assistive devices to answer to the needs of the population, being measured the outcome of the assistive device, ***dall' the other to confer ***centralità to the person with disability in the realization of its rehabilitative project.
