Description:
The kitchen should be designed to provide a maximum level of access and manoeuvrability and must therefore suit the requirements of the individual user. The most convenient design is to have the kitchen units, such as the sink, work top, oven and cooker all at the same level in a logical working order so that food preparation, cooking and dishwashing follow each other in sequence. This kitchen has been designed so that it can be used with the user in a seated position.
