Roberta currently is employee in all the activities of the daily life and he is not more in a position to collaborating to the transfer sequences that are to load total of the husband and the personal assistant. Also the posture system does not appear more suitable and Roberta prefers to remain laying down in the ***divano for great part of the day; to such purpose we have proposed a balancing wheelchair with postural system head-truncate-pelvis that allows them to remain seated for various hours. Objective of this work is to illustrate the path undertaken with Roberta in order to empower its participation in the within of the relations and, if possible, to prevent the risk of the isolation.
