Abstract:
The WHO APL (which stands for "World Health Organization Assistive Products List") includes 50 categories of assistive products that are considered "priority" or "essential" by the Worls Health Organization (WHO): those products that are highly needed, an absolute necessity to maintain or improve an individual’s functioning and which need to be available at a price the community/state can afford. The List has been adopted by the WHO Assembly on May 24, 2016, and will be probably updated in the future.
